Phased Environmental Site Assessments
Phase I
The first part of our site assessments is designed to review available real estate records and inspect the place. This phase aims to evaluate the history of a property and ascertain areas of concern.
Phase II
This next stage consists of an environmental site investigation where soil and/or water samples are collected to determine the existence of contamination.
Phase III
Lastly, further sampling of the areas of concern is done in places with confirmed chemical or waste leaks to identify the severity and extent of the contamination.
